CBNNews.com -  The Department of Homeland Security issued a report on right-wing extremists even though civil liberties officials at the department did not agree with some of the language.

The intelligence assessment led to angry reactions from some lawmakers and veterans groups.

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano called the report “an assessment, not an accusation.”

“We do not mean to suggest that veterans as a whole are at risk of becoming violent extremists,” she said. “I apologize for that offense. It was certainly not intended.”

The report included a footnoote which defined ‘right-wing extremism’ as actions by hate-motivated groups such as hatred of certain religions, racial or ethnic groups.

“It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration,” the report said.

Napolitano said the controversial report is being taken out of context.

“If there’s one part of that report I would rewrite, in the word-smithing, Washington-ese that goes on after the fact, it would be that footnote,” Napolitano told Fox News.

However, Republicans and Democrats both want more answers about why she thinks groups that include military veterans, pro-lifers, and people opposed to illegal immigration could pose a terrorist threat.

Napolitano said her department has to be concerned with all threats of terrorism.

I used to believe in the Rapture. The Secret Pre-Trib view that all of the born again believers in Jesus Christ will be snatched away (Secretly) just before the Anti-Christ rises to power and the Seven year tribulation begins, but I am not so sure anymore. I know that historically some prophecies in the Bible have already been fullfilled such as the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple of God. Maybe the temple will be rebuilt and they will be fullfilled again, maybe not. I know that things in the world are definately shaping up to look like we may have a global economic crash, a one world currency, and possibly a last dictator, but I think that the whole point is that we Christians are to be ready at all times. To be the ones that have peace in times of turbulence, to be the light shining in the midst of the darkness, to be the salt in an unsavory world. Matthew 24:44-51 says that we should cast off the works of darkness and walk in holiness because Jesus Christ will come back like a theif in the night, and cut asunder those that are unfaithful, drunken, that are caught not watching for his return and that he will cast them into hell along with the hypocrites where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. I agree that we need to love God more as well as one another and sometimes that means holding each other accountable for the sin in our lives. The lack of accountability is one of the biggest problems I think that exists in the Body of Christ today. We do need to break down the Religious walls of our denomination or our Judgementalism and Be there for one another, to pray for one another. Like Acts 2:42-47 where the Apostles broke bread together DAILY, they met in the temple DAILY, they encouraged one another DAILY, and called each other on their sin DAILY. They also met the needs of their brothers and helped feed, clothe, and shelter the orphans and the widows, and when they did all of this, then God brought the Sinners in who saw their love for one another and for them and they got saved. I think that we are in the time at least in America where the Bible says that there will be a great falling away. I have prayed for revival, and that II Chroicles 7:14 would be a reality, but all things considered, no matter what happens the point is “Be ye therefore ready at all times.” Walk in the Spirit. Love God. Obey the commandments. Love one another. Let your conversation be Holy. Let your Thaughts and your actions be Holy. Abstain from Lust and Drunkeness, and fleshly lusts which war against the soul. “Be ye therefore Perfect, even as my Father which is in heaven is perfect.” and when he comes back we wont have anything to worry about.

 I tried to warn everyone before the November election of the things to come if we elected Barak Hussien Obama as President and as it turns out my words were prophetic. You see, when George W. Bush was in office he took many good steps in the right direction. He defined Marriage as between One man and One Woman. He banned Partial Birth Abortion, He gave kids funding to go to Bible Based Private schools through the voucher program, He banned Stem Cell research. In other words he preserved the Right to Life at every stage. He promoted prayer in schools and in public, and he stood by his commitment to seek out and destroy terrorists and those that would plot Evil. We also stood with Israel (Gods prophetic timeclock) and supported it. 

 Now, since Barak Hussien Obama is President he is working to overturn every good thing that has been done in this country in the last 8 years. He is for making Partial Birth Abortion legal as well as Late Term Abortions. He is for murder at all stages of life including Adult, Fertilized Embryonic stem cells being destroyed in the name of Research. He is for Homosexual and Lesbian Marriage (Gay Rights), He his STRONGLY a SEPARATION of CHURCH AND STATE advocate. He wants all of our children to go to public school where they will be taught a secular, humanistic, atheistic theology where they learn that we all Evolved from Monkeys and are not accountable for Sin to an Almighty God. He is running this country so far in debt that the next two or three generations will not be able to see the light of day, and he is for a Palestinian State to divide land in Israel in the name of peace (Which is an anti Israel, anti God’s Holy Chosen people stand).

 What is a Steward? A steward is someone that is put in charge of something. Such as a the captain of a ship or an airplane pilot. A good steward is someone who does a good job at taking care of or doing well the task that they have been given.

 As Christians we are all called to be good stewards, not in just one area of our lives but in everything that we do. There are four areas that I can think of specifically that God wants us to be a good steward in. They are:

 1. Our Finances.

- God always wants us to give Tithes and Offerings. This is the first step in releasing God’s miracle working power in our lives. The purpose is to help the orphan, the widow, and the homeless and helpless and also to support taking the gospel to the ends of the earth. If your church does not help people in need pray about giving your tithes and offerings to those that need it directly. God will open the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing that you will not have room enough to receive. Malachi 3:8-10 Also God helps those who help the poor.

- Get out of debt as fast as you can. The Bible says that the borrower is the slave to the lender. Proverbs 22:7 Pay off your highest interest rate loans first and go down the line. Once you get out, stay out and pay cash for everything. If you don’t have the money for it, don’t get it. Yes, it is possible to pay cash for a car, or a house. God says that he can give us vineyards we didn’t plant and fields we didn’t sow, he can make us the head and not the tail, the lender and not the borrower.

 2. Our Bodies.

- Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, a vessel create by God for his purpose. If we destroy our temple God will destroy us. I Corinthians 3:16-17

- We need to exercise.

- We need to eat a Kosher Bible based diet like Jewish people eat. Pork and most Seafood with the exception of some fish are unclean and full of toxins that destroy your body’s immune system. The Bible tells us what is clean and unclean to eat.

- We need to avoid eating foods that cause Free Radicals http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_Radicals#Free_radicals_in_biology  Such as Non-Organic Fruits and Vegetables choked full of fertilizers and pesticides, and chemicals that cause cancer. Processed foods, Bleached and Enriched Foods, and Fried Foods with Poly and Mono Unsaturated Fats. Avoiding Cigarette smoke and second hand smoke also helps reduce the number of free radicals in our body. 

-We need to eat good stuff that God intended us to eat. Foods like Organic fresh fruits and vegetables. Meats that have not been injected with hormones, or steroids and we need to bake or grill them.  

3. Our time.

-The Bible says that we are going to give an account for everything that we do in this life good or bad. We need to not waste our time on stupid stuff that is going to pass away, but reap and sow and toil in Kingdom things that have everlasting and eternal rewards. Like Evangelism. The Bible says that he who wins souls is wise. Like Prayer and Fasting. These two often go together because they are important weapons in fighting the devil and hearing from God. Also we need to stay in the Word of God. The Bible says that we should study to show ourselves approved. We need to wake up every morning and say “God, what do you want me to do today?” and allow the Holy Spirit to order our footsteps. If we can learn to manage our time better and listen to God we will see miracles happen.

4. The Environment Genesis 1:28

-  God wants us to be good stewards of the earth. He gave us dominion over the earth and all of his creation and we will give an account for this also. We need to stop wasting, and start recycling. We need to start thinking about how we can help ensure a future for our children and their children and all of Gods creation.

- We need to get active in our communities. To get involved in community clean ups, volunteer to go out and clean up the park some saturday or fight to help save some local endangered species.

 Really we just need to live a life given to the Holy Spirit that is directed by God. We need to be a good steward in all that we do, and all that we are given. To whom much is given much will be required. We will stand before God on judgement day (myself included) and give an account for everything that we did and didn’t do. I want to be the one the he says ” Well done my good and faithful servant” to. How about you? 

 I have come to realize that I have looked down on some of my fellow brothers and sisters and even certain denominations because they were not “Spirit Filled” or “Charasmatic” when in all actuality we are all (Those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior) a part of the Body of Christ. God does not want us to be divided but to come together in unity. There are many members, but one Lord. We all are called and each have our own unique giftings and callings but he wants us to work together in love towards one another to reach the lost and fulfill our purpose. So whether you are Pentecostal, Methodist, Baptist, or whatever your denomination or background God loves you he has a plan for you and he wants us to all to work together for his purpose and his kingdom and stop putting our church, our pastor, or even ourselves up on a pedestool causing division. Lets all look at Jesus Christ and stop looking at each other.

Please pray for the peace of Israel like the Bible tells us that we should. They are in an intense battle with Hammas. Please pray for their protection, and their salvation. Also please pray for World Wide revival.
