  • Hellfire and Brimstone Hot Beef Bulgoki

    Crisco All Natural Canola Oil 1 Tbsp to coat pan

    1 lb Stew Beef

    1 Large Sweet Onion chopped

    1/4 Head Of Cabbage chopped

    1/2lb string chopped Carrots

    2 Tbsp Kikoman Soy Sauce

    2 Tsp. Organic Cane Sugar

    Dash of red pepper flakes to taste

    Fire Dust ™ Hot Seasoning to taste

    Dash of Hanes iodized sea salt

    A few grinds of McCormick freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

    Success Boil in Bag Brown Rice

    Directions: In a large skillet combine all ingredients, cook over medium heat, cover until onions carrots and cabbage boil down, add more vegtables if desired. Let cook for 20 to 30 mins until meat is tender and vegtables have boiled down. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
