The Call in Detroit
Last Friday and Saturday my Wife Chanda and I attended The Call in Detroit Michigan. We joined thousands who came (many which had fasted for 40 days) to Fast and Pray for Revival in this Country and around the World. We met at Ford Field, the home of the Detroit Lions and prayed for 24 hours strait. It was like a huge Church service, with worship music, and speakers like Lou Engle, and Mike Bickle. I have never seen as many people before in my life either, not in one place, at one time like this. Not at a football game, not at a concert, never. It was awesome and the presence of God was mighty in that place. I believe we are about to see a move of God that pales in comparison to the First and Second Great Awakening. I believe we are about to enter into a world wide revival like we have never seen in the history of this planet. Thank you Jesus for allowing me to take part in such a historically epic event!

Good Afternoon, Derek. Long time so see. lol I was there once for a Billy Graham Crusade, but not sure what Stadium. Sure sounds great that so many prayed and fasted for so long. Our nation definitely needs our own Great Awakening and I sure hope you are right—a really Big One.
Hope you and your wife are doing well.
blessings,

Good to hear from you Frank, I actually got saved at home through a Billy Graham Crusade on television I think it was March 5 1995 and I got to see him live at his last crusade ever in Cincinnati Ohio, and that too was an awesome event Kirk Franklin and DC Talk was there (That was their last performance as a band), I saw grown men that were doing their jobs, put the video camera down and go up to the alter to get saved. I was really blessed to have taken part in such an event as that as well. I am not on Xanga much anymore as most of my friends have moved on to Facebook but as I said, nice talking to you again.
thanks for your reply. We also served in a Billy Crusade–great experience.

Ah, so you are called. But who are you called to be? An Apostle? A Prophet? Or an Evangelist? I am clear on the Holy Spirit’s call for me being a Prophetess, so I am in-training, starting from a dreamer of dreams to a real Prophetess, believe it! Blessed be you who heed the calling. We are so honoured. Glory to God!
